Automotive Living – Exclusive Living with Cars

Automotive Living: Project "Car-Loft"

For a long time, living and driving existed in two separate worlds. One ended at the garage door, the other began behind it. That door is closing — and what's emerging on the other side has a name: Automotive Living.

Car Loft

A lifestyle finds its space

Automotive Living is more than a new interior trend. It represents a fundamental redefinition of what a home can be — for people whose passion for automobiles doesn't stop at the end of the day, but shapes it entirely. The garage is no longer planned as an afterthought, but as the heart of a property. A space that expresses personality, carries emotion, and is meant to be experienced every single day.

This shift is already visible on an international scale: Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz — major automotive brands are building entire residential developments around the idea of not just parking cars, but showcasing them. What happens in their elaborately staged high-rises is also taking place on a private level — quieter, but more deliberate, more personal, and more authentic. And with considerably more parking spaces.

Porsche Collection

From Commercial Space to Fulfilled Dream

This is exactly the vision we brought to life in one of our most recent projects. The starting point was a former commercial hall — a space that carried its industrial character but had yet to discover its potential. What it became is one of the most compelling examples of Automotive Living we have realised to date.

At the centre stands the collection: exclusively Porsche, from air-cooled classics to the modern 911. The glazed rear wall is not a boundary — it doubles the space. Those who look at the cars simultaneously see their rear ends reflected in the tinted glass. Vertical light strips in warm gold run along dark walls, while skylights bathe the space in natural daylight. Set into the floor at the centre: a built-in turntable — designed for manoeuvring, functioning like a stage. Not a car showroom. A private universe for someone who knows exactly what they love.

More than a garage: A complete living space

Automotive Living doesn't mean sacrificing comfort for cars. It means thinking both together — without compromise.

That ambition is visible in every corner of the hall. The lounge is the social centre — a place to gather, to talk, to enjoy. Leather sofa, lounge chairs, a large screen showing races. Not as background entertainment, but because the people who come here understand motorsport. A bar kitchen takes care of chilled drinks.

Those who want to train sweat it out on the treadmill — with a direct view of the collection. There's no better motivation for the next drive.

And the sauna: fully glazed, with an unobstructed view of the cars. What could be better for a Porsche enthusiast than sitting in the warmth, eyes drifting across the collection — and wondering why it was never like this before?

Each of these areas stands on its own and would make an impression in isolation. Together, they create a space that operates like a high-end private club concept — but more intimate, more personal, and more deeply felt.

The real highlight: the porthole

The detail that sets this project apart from everything else isn't immediately visible.

Behind an externally mirrored porthole lies the owner's private study. A desk, a laptop — and then that view: through the circular opening, directly onto the collection. Orange, yellow, green, silver. Decades of automotive history, waiting for their next drive.

This is the essence of Automotive Living — not function alone, but feeling. You don't need to walk into the hall to sense that it's there. You simply look up — and look forward to it.

Automotive Living as a Concept for the Future

What was once considered a niche idea is now a growing approach in both private and commercial development. The lifestyle garage is replacing the conventional storage space. The hobby room becomes an entertainment space, the entertainment space becomes a retreat, the retreat becomes a workspace — all under one roof, which happens to house an extraordinary car collection.

We plan and realise projects in the field of Automotive Living — from the initial idea to the finished experience. If you'd like to find out what your space has to offer, we'd love to talk.
