One wish that determines everything
Das Planungsergebnis ist ein Anwesen in Bayern, das 2021 / 2022 entwickelt wurde und Architektur und Automobil so selbstverständlich ineinander denkt, als hätte es nie eine Grenze zwischen beiden gegeben. Vom Wohnzimmer, vom Esszimmer, von der Terrasse und vom Garten – überall bestehen sorgfältig gesetzte Sichtbezüge zur Fahrzeugsammlung.
Car-Showroom als Herzstück
Direkt am Infinity-Pool entstanden zwei Präsentationsplätze. Per hydraulischer Plattform werden die exklusiven Fahrzeuge lautlos aus der Tiefgarage nach oben gefahren – in einen Raum, in dem nichts ablenkt. Klar, reduziert, auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Showroom-Ästhetik, die sich zurücknimmt und die Fahrzeuge selbst sprechen lässt.
What makes this project special is the consistency with which the connection has been considered in both directions. Those standing in the underground car park below look directly into the swimming pool through large-format glass surfaces – seeing the turquoise light, the movement of the water, the shadows falling from above. It is a quiet, almost meditative experience. Two worlds that complement each other without disturbing each other.
A room where one stays
Die Gentlemen’s Lounge in der Tiefgarage ist kein Nebenraum. Sie ist ein Ort mit eigenem Gewicht – dunkel, ruhig, hochwertig in jedem Detail. Cognacfarbenes Leder, sorgfältig ausgearbeitete Lichtplanung, organisch geformte Deckenöffnungen. Die Fahrzeuge stehen auf Drehscheiben, als wären sie Exponate in einem Museum, das nur einem Menschen gehört. Und über allem der Blick nach oben – ins Wasser, ins Licht, in eine Stille, die man in keinem anderen Raum so findet.
Man setzt sich hier nicht kurz hin. Man verweilt.

For some, this focus – an entire estate, consistently built around a passion – might sound strange. For us, it was the other way around. And surely that explains why this collaboration worked so exceptionally well.
