A new build property with a private car showroom
The developer didn't want to lock away his car collection. He wanted to live with them – to see them while he had breakfast, while he swam, while he came downstairs in the morning. This wish was the actual design brief. BOND | Unique Homes® planned the new-build villa entirely around his automotive passion and a Car Showroom made the centre of the house.

This new-build villa is BOND | Unique Homes®' most comprehensive project to date – and its most personal. It's about a passion we share: automobiles.
One wish that determines everything
The planning result is an estate in Bavaria, developed in 2021/2022, which integrates architecture and automotive design as naturally as if there had never been a boundary between them. From the living room, dining room, terrace, and garden – there are carefully placed visual connections to the car collection everywhere.
Car Showroom as the centrepiece
Two presentation areas have been created directly by the infinity pool. The exclusive vehicles are silently brought up from the underground car park via a hydraulic platform – into a room where nothing distracts. Clear, reduced, focused on the essentials. Showroom aesthetics that recede and let the vehicles speak for themselves.
What makes this project special is the consistency with which the connection has been considered in both directions. Those standing in the underground car park below look directly into the swimming pool through large-format glass surfaces – seeing the turquoise light, the movement of the water, the shadows falling from above. It is a quiet, almost meditative experience. Two worlds that complement each other without disturbing each other.
A room where one stays
The Gentlemen's Lounge in the underground car park is not a side room. It is a place with its own gravitas – dark, quiet, high-quality in every detail. Cognac-coloured leather, expertly crafted lighting design, organically shaped ceiling openings. The vehicles stand on turntables as if they were exhibits in a museum that belongs to just one person. And above all, the view upwards – into the water, into the light, into a silence that cannot be found in any other room.
You don't just sit down here briefly. You linger.
Architecture as an attitude
BOND Mansion demonstrates what becomes possible when a house is not designed as a sum of its functions, but as an expression of a passion. Every decision – from the initial floor plan to the final detail – was developed and realised by BOND | Unique Homes® from a single source. Shared passion
For some, this focus – an entire estate, consistently built around a passion – might sound strange. For us, it was the other way around. And surely that explains why this collaboration worked so exceptionally well.
